Reporters recently learned that our county's import and export enterprises' long-awaited "inland direct clearance" is advancing in an orderly way. "Customs supervision point" and "commodity inspection office" have been basically implemented.

China Textile City's warehousing and logistics center has successfully docked with Ningbo port, and Ningbo port's function has really extended to Keqiao.

"After the completion of the inland direct pass, enterprises in Shaoxing and surrounding enterprises will no longer have to run the port ports of Ningbo and Shanghai, and they can be completed directly in Keqiao."

The head of the county traffic bureau, who is responsible for the construction of the inland direct pass platform, said.

Our county is a large foreign trade county. In 2009, the import and export trade amounted to 8 billion 400 million US dollars, and 450 thousand standard containers of international containers were achieved, of which 350 thousand were exported to standard boxes.

As a specialized market of textile wholesale, China Textile City's logistics internationalization needs to be improved.

In 2009, the total turnover reached 70 billion 800 million yuan, an increase of 11.5% over the same period last year.

For enterprises, more and more enterprises are engaged in processing trade.

However, because there is no "inland direct clearance", the huge import and export volume can not achieve the local customs declaration export. More than 90% of the enterprises in our county have to declare their exports through Shanghai port and Ningbo port.

Speed up the establishment of "inland direct clearance".

As early as three years ago, our county has put the development of the international logistics industry of China Textile City as an important agenda. We are determined to set up an international logistics public service platform for import and export enterprises and merchants to provide one-stop service such as customs clearance and inspection.

Last year, Keqiao logistics park, one of the five largest logistics bases in the province, was supported by the Ministry of pport and Zhejiang.

Through actively striving for the establishment of "inland direct clearance" in Keqiao, the textile and logistics storage center has successfully implemented the service channels such as customs supervision points and commodity inspection on-site management this year, and successfully completed the docking with Ningbo port in September. It will provide more quality and convenient services for our country's import and export international container suitcases, return containers and container pportation, so that Ningbo port's functions can really extend to Keqiao.

In September this year, in order to promote the construction of the international logistics public platform of the textile and logistics center in the Textile City, and facilitate the customs clearance of the import and export enterprises, the county government also issued "opinions on accelerating the development of the international logistics industry", and encouraged the international freight forwarding companies to declare and seal them in our county, and the shipping companies were stacking boxes in our county.

Freight forwarding companies and custom brokers company will register their business in the center, and they will give corresponding subsidies or rewards.

It is understood that at present, through the cooperation with Ningbo port, we have successfully introduced nearly ten COSCO International logistics companies.
