Rooted in the fertile ground of Changshu's textile and clothing and down garment production base, Jiangsu colorful city specializes in the design, production and sale of high grade children's cotton clothing, down garments, sportswear, four seasons clothes, T-Shirts, underwear, children's trousers and other clothing products.

The company has brought together famous brands such as "colorful city, sports cat, colorful beans, small peel, Samsung apple, cow doctor, Ke Bei Lu" and other famous children's clothing brands.

Lei Yue Xiao: Yes, the seven color city children's Square was landed in Changshu in July 2010. This is the first colorful city image shop. We are positioned as a one-stop shopping mall for children. The square includes clothing area, toy area, shoe area and children furniture area.


I: we all know that the "one-stop" purchase is not a new concept, and how the colorful city to go back and forth?


Lei Yue Xiao: according to my understanding, what you call "one-stop" purchase is just a concept. In fact, garment enterprises should not only make the concept, but also do well the actual product.

They all say that products are "Foundations". Although this concept has been put forward for a long time, our colorful city is perfecting the industrial chain on the basis of this concept, so there is no worry about "first come, first served".


Author: how many brands are in the square now?


Lei Yue Xiao: this dress has the brand of mini house, Imbert and colorful city, and we have also represented a colourful city's brand from France.


Author: can you share the new business mode of the colorful city?


Lei Yue Xiao: now 80 is gradually becoming the consumer body. This group pays more attention to the quality of life, and they are willing to pay for the added value of the brand.

Based on the consideration of this level, we divide the colorful city children's square into three parts: first, the scale of 1000~1700 square meters is known as "children's Square"; second, the smaller area is children's boutique and children's world; the third is the traditional community store, the area is about 50~70 square meters.

In order to boost brand building, we have also planned seven colorful city animated films to meet the children's "eye happiness".


The author: using cartoon to boost brand building is especially creative.


Lei Yue Xiao: Yes, this is the first time in the children's wear industry.


The author: apart from cartoons, what other good marketing experience can I share with you?


Lei Yue Xiao: in addition to the unique "animation marketing", we also enroll in the "Changshu colorful national children's Square" project to win the national college student entrepreneurship competition.


The author: finally, can you talk about the future planning of the colorful city?


Lei Yue Xiao: it is summed up in nine words: branding, diversification and collectivization.

In the next few years, we will integrate channel resources and expand our products to further develop the domestic children's wear market.
