To solve this problem, Shi Qin said, "we will set up a new standard training course in major garment industry clusters across the country to help enterprises understand the new standards accurately."

According to the author's understanding, the first batch of industry standard formulation and revision plans announced by the Ministry of industry and Commerce in 2010 have arranged 2620 items, covering textile, chemical, iron and steel, building materials, nonferrous metals, aviation, light industry, electronics and other industries. There are 147 standards in the textile industry, including 144 items of product standard items, 3 items of energy saving and comprehensive utilization standard projects.
