Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau: Children Clothing 30% Unqualified

2010/5/27 11:43:00 50

Children'S Wear

Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau announced yesterday that the results of spot checks showed that the passing rate of physical clothing batches of children's clothing was 69.7%, and the main unqualified items were fiber content and pH value.

Spot checks show that there are still problems in children's clothing, such as unstable product quality and low qualification rate. The main reason is that the entry threshold of the industry is low, the production enterprises are mainly small and medium enterprises, the quality consciousness of the enterprises is not strong, they do not understand and pay no attention to the relevant national product standards, many enterprises do not have the quality control capability, and they are unwilling to increase the cost to send the raw materials and products to the regular inspection institutions for testing, which leads to the uncontrollable quality of the products.

Some enterprises in order to reduce costs and purchase cheap, poor quality surface accessories, reduced the quality of products.

Textile And Garment Industry Strategy Report: Still In The Stage Of Repeated Recovery

Domestic sales growth continued, expected to grow by 20%. Retail sales data in 2009, especially the data of listed companies, increased by 15.50% before the first half of the year, up by 18.10% over the previous four months. We believe that with the rise of inflation and the rise of CPI indicators, the domestic consumer market still performs well. Although the base point in the second half of 2009 is higher, we still expect zero consumption of consumer goods in 2010.
