Huafeng Ultra Fiber "Protective Footwear Synthetic Leather" Industry Standard Approved

In April 22, 2010, the Ministry of industry and information technology officially approved 110 light industry standards (Engineering [2010] 96).

The industry standard of "protective footwear synthetic leather" (QB/T4044-2010), drafted and formulated by Shanghai Huafeng super fine material Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Hua Fengchao fiber"), is on the list and will be implemented from October 1, 2010.

Huafeng microfiber is currently the largest selling microfiber synthetic leather enterprise in China. It is one of the 2 drafting and formulating units of QB/T2888-2007.

The company started the research and development of microfiber protective footwear products in 2003, and was successfully researched and developed in 2006. It has become the only super fiber enterprise in the world that meets the EU's S2 standards, and has effectively filled the gaps in the domestic high-grade waterproof and waterproof labor protective footwear leather, and has effectively enhanced the core competitiveness of Huafeng microfiber products and brands.

In May 18, 2007, the patent for manufacturing methods of synthetic leather for protective footwear was successfully declared (application number 200710040832.6).

The approved industry standard mainly specifies the classification, safety technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, pportation and storage of synthetic leather for protective footwear.

It is reported that the main problem facing the domestic microfiber industry is intense homogenization, lack of R & D capability and lack of high-end products.

Based on this point, Huafeng microfiber has strengthened the development path of differentiation and high-end development at the beginning of its establishment. In the first few years, it has been firmly adhering to technological innovation and product research and development. In addition to the ultra fiber protective footwear leather, a series of special high-end products such as microfiber shoe leather, super fiber military leather, and ultra-fine fiber automotive interior leather have been tested by relevant standards, and the market prospect is promising.
