It is reported that Chen Dake started learning ice skating from 18 months old and practiced 4 hours a day.

When he broke the world record of over 43 cars in March 2007, he began to strengthen training and prepare to break through 100 cars.

"The hardest thing to do is to get fast enough before I lean down," he said.

According to his father, Chen Dake practiced skating for a total distance of 96 kilometers a week, and after knowing that he had completed the training task, he was not very happy and felt that he had not practised enough.
