Guangxi National Museum And Shanghai Textile Museum Jointly Hold The Research And Learning Experience Activity Of "Seeking Knowledge From Nature"

On December 16, the research and learning experience activity of "seeking knowledge from nature" jointly organized by Guangxi National Museum and Shanghai Textile Museum was held in Guangxi National Museum. It opened a wonderful unknown world for more than 50 teachers and students of Nanning Peihong primary school and Hongxing primary school.

It is understood that both Guangxi National Museum and Shanghai Textile Museum belong to thematic museums. Previously, both sides have cooperated in organizing exhibitions for many times, which has a good foundation for cooperation. As the national practice education base for primary and secondary school students, both sides have developed a series of curriculum activities in the field of primary and secondary school students' research and education, providing a good platform for primary and secondary school students to use museum resources.

This research activity is composed of two parts, one is fiber micro world exploration lecture and the other is scientific experiment. The course takes the life of ancient ancestors "eating their meat and sleeping their skin" as the breakthrough point. It introduces the characteristics of animal fiber in simple terms. Combined with scientific experiments, it leads students to analyze and observe the mystery of fabric, make animal fiber specimens by hand, and explore the microscopic world of animal fiber.

In addition to carrying out research and learning experience activities, Shanghai Textile Museum has also brought "fiber micro world exploration Exhibition" for Guangxi's small partners. The exhibition has 10 pages, showing the mysterious micro world of fiber with pictures and texts, showing the magic of nature. Shanghai Textile Museum also presented teaching and research supplies such as microscope to Peihong primary school and Hongxing primary school in Nanning.
