Deepening bilateral trade cooperation between China and Hungary

China is Hungary's largest trading nation outside the European Union. Paul Liu said in his speech that Hungary is China's third largest trading partner in central and Eastern Europe, and is also China's largest investor in central and Eastern Europe. Its business environment is good. Hungary's policy of "opening to the East" is highly consistent with the China's "one belt and one road" initiative. On the basis of previous cooperation, China and Hungary deepened trade. In 2018, the trade volume between China and Hungary reached 10 billion 880 million dollars, a record high, of which the trade volume of textile and clothing reached 480 million dollars, up 1.5 times compared with the same period last year. Paul Liu said frankly that since he came to Hungary, this is the first time that such a large-scale industry organization has held such an exchange. This forum is of far-reaching significance for the establishment of the Sino Vietnamese textile and garment industry exchange platform and the promotion of bilateral trade cooperation.

Wang Dong said that China's textile industry is an important livelihood industry. It is also a fashionable and high-tech industry with a high degree of marketization and internationalization. The total fiber processing accounts for more than half of the world's total, but there are not many famous brands in the world. Therefore, we must have the international vision and the ability to allocate resources globally, keep up with the trend of world textile trend and technology development, give full play to our advantages, utilize and integrate different resources and platforms, and exchange and learn from each other, including Hungary, so as to win cooperation in the international market and satisfy consumers' pursuit of a better life. He pointed out that the close ties between China and Hungary and strong industrial complementarity are the important nodes under the "one belt and one road" initiative. The expansion of exchanges between the Chinese and Hungarian businesses will promote greater development of the strategic partnership between China and Hungary, and the national development and Reform Commission will provide various support for China's textile enterprises.

Textile and garment industry has huge cooperation space.

At the forum, Dr. Livia Kokas Palicska introduced the development of Hungary's textile and garment industry. According to reports, there are 33 thousand employees in Hungary textile and garment industry, most of which are small and medium-sized enterprises, and 6400 of them are over 4 employees. The products mainly include work and protective articles, medical and health textiles, household textiles and industrial textiles. Hungary products mainly export industrial textiles, mainly exported to Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and France, and exports in recent years are increasing year by year. Livia Kokas Palicska said that technology development and design capability are the advantages of Hungary's textile and garment industry. However, in recent years, industrial development is also facing difficulties such as low brand awareness, lack of professional talents and lack of complete education and training. The light industry association will continue to seek cooperation with international advanced enterprises in education, technology and design, reduce the original dependence of enterprises, and enhance their capability of independent innovation.

Balazs introduced the economic development of Hungary and the trade between China and Hungary. He said that Hungary is located in the central part of Europe and is the gateway to China's exports of goods. Hungary's imports are mainly equipment, and textile imports are less than 10%. However, Europe spends more than 5 billion 200 million euros on textiles and clothing every year, and there is huge room for cooperation. In the European market, the demand for textiles is not limited to ordinary textiles, but also the demand for industrial textiles. He said that China's textile and garment industry attaches great importance to investment in innovation and research and development. Hungary has also increased investment in R & D, hoping that the two sides will strengthen cooperation and seek common development.

At the meeting, Gabriella Ecker introduced the work of the Hungarian textile technology and Science Association. Dr. Gabrielly Manyine Walek shared the Hungary's exploration of sustainable fashion, and expressed its cooperation intentions with Chinese textile and garment enterprises.

China textile industry's internationalization cooperation ushering in new opportunities

During the forum, Xu Yingxin introduced the current situation and Prospect of China's textile and garment industry for guests attending the forum. He said that at present, China has built the world's leading industry chain of textile industry. The textile industry is a pillar industry of China's economy, a competitive industry with strong international competitiveness, an important livelihood industry, and a dynamic and sustainable industry. Entering the new era, China's textile industry has a new orientation of technology, fashion and green development, and it also ushered in new opportunities for the development of the industry.

Xu Yingxin pointed out that the "one belt and one way" has created good opportunities for China's textile industry international cooperation. In recent years, China's textile industry's outward investment has been accelerating in a multi regional, multi industry and multi form manner, and textile backbone enterprises have continuously strengthened their awareness of active international layout. According to incomplete statistics, China's textile industry has more than 10 billion foreign investment stock, and overseas investment is distributed in more than 100 countries and regions, covering Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, Australia and other key regions, with annual sales revenue of more than ten billion US dollars. In 2013~2018, the total direct investment of China's textile industry to the countries along the border was 6 billion 496 million US dollars, which accounted for 84.4% of the total investment in the same period, and the external investment of textile industry almost covered the entire textile and garment industry chain.

The practice of overseas investment practice of many textile enterprises shows that there are two main lines of development for overseas Chinese textile enterprises. A main line is that enterprises can cooperate in green production and cooperation to create a global rapid reaction manufacturing base mode of "China plus one belt and one road". Another main line is to actively cooperate with international resources through active overseas direct investment and mergers and acquisitions, so as to drive the textile industry to penetrate into the high value-added field of the value chain of the world textile industry as a whole. From the perspective of investment area, Southeast Asia is the key area for China's textile industry to invest abroad. The investment projects of textile industry in Europe and America, Africa and "along the belt" have been increasing year by year. From the perspective of subdivision industry, cotton spinning and knitted garments have become the leading fields of overseas investment in textile industry, and investment projects in weaving, printing and dyeing, woven apparel, industrial textiles, chemical fiber and other fields have begun to increase. From the perspective of enterprises, a group of textile and garment enterprises are committed to becoming truly transnational business groups through active global vertical industrial chains and high-quality resources integration.

Xu Yingxin said that at present, the constant escalation of Sino US economic and trade frictions has brought severe challenges to China's textile industry's external trade, industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading. The domestic and international situation faced by China's textile and garment industry is grim and complicated, and the world is undergoing great changes in the past hundred years. China will expand its opening up to the world, especially opening up huge domestic markets, CO constructing, sharing and achieving win-win cooperation and sustainable development. At the same time, the Chinese textile and garment industry will continue to further promote the "one belt and one way" cooperation, and speed up the transnational regional cooperation of the industrial chain, supply chain and value chain.

In-depth communication and win-win cooperation

Sun Ruizhe said in his concluding remarks that Hungary and China's textile and garment industry are closely linked. On the one hand, Hungary is China's most important bridgehead in Europe. Many products in China are covered by Hungary to central and Eastern Europe. Here, there are many Chinese compatriots engaged in textile and garment industry. In addition, Hungary's agriculture is very developed and has the best goose in the world. The famous Chinese clothing brand Bosideng is here to buy the best goose down in the world.

If we list the top ten countries in the world's textile and clothing trade, we can see that Germany, France, Italy and Spain all rank among the top ten countries in the world. The developed countries have not abandoned the textile industry, but the textile industry exists in these new forms, such as the United Kingdom, France and Italy.

"For China, especially after the Sino US trade friction, China has a clear understanding of its own development. China will never give up such an excellent industry that can create employment and create international market value, and China's textile and garment industry as the world's largest and most complete industry has the responsibility to create better leadership. Sun Ruizhe said that at present, sustainable fashion has been practiced in China's textile industry in terms of environmental protection and so on. China's textile and garment industry is not only the largest production in human history, but also is leading the most profound revolution in the history of textile and clothing.

Sun Ruizhe said that with the development of China's textile and garment industry, we are willing to cooperate with some friendly countries in depth. The development of China's textile and garment industry has gone from the initial product to the new stage, which is the capacity to go out, the capital to go out, and the brand to go out.

He said frankly that Hungary currently has a certain foundation for textile and garment industry, and also hopes to push the development of textile and garment industry to a new height. The textile and garment industry of China and Hungary has a good foundation for cooperation, and their values are highly convergent, so that they can be further strengthened on this basis. In the future, the cooperation between Chinese and Hungarian textile and garment industry partners can be carried out in four aspects. One is at the product level, the two is in terms of production capacity, three is in the capital level, and the four is strengthening brand cooperation. At the same time, it is suggested that the Chinese and Hungarian Federation of textile industry can establish a regular communication mechanism.

In the afternoon, the representative of China Textile Industry Federation visited the Sino EU business logistics cooperation park. This is the first national level foreign economic and trade cooperation zone established in the European region by the Ministry of Commerce and the first national business logistics foreign trade cooperation zone.

According to Li Haitao, deputy general manager of the park, the Sino EU business logistics cooperation park has a total area of 0.75 square kilometers, with a total investment of 264 million dollars, and has basically completed the planning and layout of the "three parks in one district". It integrates the functions of commodity display, transportation, storage, distribution, distribution, information processing and circulation processing, and has formed a distribution network system covering the main cities of Europe and China through the three routes of China EU railway, sea and air transportation. It has gradually established the prototype of a logistics and logistics park supported by the modern logistics distribution center and the efficient information management system. The strength of logistics has reached 1 million 294 thousand and 400 tons / square kilometer. The annual import and export volume of goods is 245 million US dollars. At present, more than 160 enterprises have been attracted, and more than 1400 local people have been employed.

After listening to Li Haitao's presentation, Xia Lingmin said that in recent years, the Ministry of Commerce has actively promoted the pilot mode of market purchase trade, helped textile and garment enterprises to expand overseas markets, and has been actively responding to national policies and promoting international in-depth exchanges and cooperation, including the Changshu City, Yiwu clothing wholesale city, Shishi clothing wholesale city, Shishi clothing city and West Liu clothing market. On the one hand, it attracts overseas buyers to purchase locally, and on the other hand, it promotes overseas Chinese products.

He suggested that the park should strengthen the characteristics of textile and clothing, take advantage of the preferential policies offered by the state, and adopt ways to adapt to the domestic textile and garment enterprises to attract more enterprises to the park. Secondly, the demand for cross-border electricity providers will increase, and the role of overseas warehouses will become more prominent. We should make full use of the overseas warehouses of the park and concentrate on the scattered demand of SMEs. Three, we will make full use of China Europe transport capacity to transport high-quality products from Europe to all parts of China to provide global support for the domestic market.

Xia Lingmin said that China's textile and apparel market in the professional market with annual sales of more than 100 million yuan is over 1000, and the clothing market sales amount to 2 trillion and 200 billion yuan. The China Europe Business Logistics Cooperation park has obvious advantages in the region, and has cooperation with the domestic market, complementary resources advantages, huge market potential and broad prospects for cooperation.
