Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of "made in China 2025". In order to guide the industry and enterprises to accelerate the application of intelligent manufacturing technology and promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, in October 10th, "2019 China textile industry Intelligent Manufacturing Conference" was held in Wuhan. Taking the theme of "China Textile intelligent manufacturing to create the future and leading the times", the conference summarizes the situation and achievements of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the textile industry since 13th Five-Year, and puts forward the key points and paths for the transformation of intelligent manufacturing industry, sharing the promotion strategies and successful cases, and announces the 2019 list of the intelligent manufacturing pilot enterprises and outstanding integrators in the textile industry.

Cao Tingrui, director of the textile department of the Ministry of industry and information technology, delivered a speech at the address, said: the Ministry of industry and information technology began implementing the strategy of manufacturing power in 2015, making clear the direction of intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, and taking intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, intelligent manufacturing standard system construction, comprehensive standardization and new mode application, system solution supplier cultivation as the starting point to promote intelligent manufacturing. The textile industry development plan (2016-2020 years) proposed to strengthen the automation, digitalization and intellectualization of textile equipment development, and develop 7 line digitization and intelligent chemical plant demonstration projects, such as spinning, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing. In recent years, the Ministry of industry and Commerce has identified 20 textile intelligent pilot projects, supporting a number of textile enterprises' intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new pattern application projects, and cultivating a number of textile intelligent manufacturing system solutions suppliers. At present, a large number of intelligent manufacturing lines have sprung up, the level of production automation has been improved, the informatization construction of enterprises has been accelerated, the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing have made breakthroughs, the large-scale personalized copper fixing mode has been widely applied, and the development of intelligent textile materials and intelligent products has made progress.

He said that intelligent manufacturing is a new and revolutionary project, which needs exploration and accumulation. It needs continuous learning and adjustment. In the process of advancing the intelligent manufacturing of textile industry, we need to deal with the relationship between "body" and "use", "soft" and "hard", "virtual" and "real", "big" and "small", "new" and "old", "internal" and "external", "first" and "post".

Gao Yong, secretary and Secretary General of the China Textile Industry Federation, delivered a keynote speech entitled "the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing to promote the high quality development of the textile industry". It summarized the work and achievements of the China Textile Federation in promoting intelligent manufacturing. He pointed out that the practice of textile intelligent manufacturing in China has achieved remarkable results, mainly because the digitalization, networking and intellectualization of the textile equipment have reached a higher level. The seven line construction of textile intelligent factory (workshop) has made significant progress, and the research results of textile materials and products have emerged frequently.

Gao Yong stressed that although China's textile intelligent manufacturing promotion has made obvious progress, there still exist some problems such as the overall level of intelligence is not high, the development of the sub sectors is not balanced, the key equipment and software of intelligent manufacturing are short, the shortage of intelligent manufacturing personnel, the shortage of investment in policies and science and technology, and other urgent bottlenecks. For this reason, we should start from many aspects, such as policy, technology, talent and market, with the goal and problem oriented, the strong foundation and the short board.

In the keynote session, Zhou Jian, director of the national industrial information security development research center system, shared the theme of "the focus and path of digital transformation of manufacturing industry". In the report, Zhou Jian has made a deep analysis of the rapid transformation of platform enabling manufacturing industry through the profound changes in manufacturing industry, the panorama of the digital transformation of manufacturing industry, the emphasis and path of digital transformation. And through the case analysis of the status quo of global application innovation, we share with the representatives the application of industrial Internet in key industries.

Yu Jianyong, President of the Chinese Academy of engineering and President of Donghua University, reported on the theme of "the development and Prospect of intelligent manufacturing technology in the textile industry". Speaking of the essence of intelligent manufacturing, Yu Jianyong said that intelligent manufacturing is a highly flexible production mode that realizes self perception, self diagnosis, self optimization, self decision and self execution through the integration of information technology and manufacturing technology. The process of intelligent manufacturing evolution is from physics to information, from linear to network, from experience to knowledge.

In his speech, Yu Jianyong promoted the development of textile innovation, the development status of intelligent manufacturing industry, the construction of intelligent manufacturing system, the development path of intelligent manufacturing industry, and some key elements in the promotion of intelligent manufacturing. The five themes were explained in depth.

Jiang Shicheng believes that in recent years, the state, industry and association have a very good foundation in the top level design of intelligent manufacturing, but there are still problems in various industries. It is still a preliminary step to really enter the 4 level of intelligent manufacturing. Many enterprises are still at the level of 2 and 3. The next step is to upgrade the traditional industries and strive for results. We must attach importance to the combination of software and hardware, especially software development, and still have gaps with advanced foreign countries. In addition, enterprises should establish intelligent manufacturing information security standards and testing platforms in management, build innovation centers in textile industry, carry out technology promotion, attach importance to personnel training, and bring together leading talents. Colleges and universities should reform disciplines and establish new systems.

Yang Zhaohua introduced the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in home textile industry. He said that textile automation is generally difficult, but in recent years, the home textile industry has made great breakthroughs, especially in the automated production lines such as towels, sheets, quilts and pillowcases. At the retail end, many home textile enterprises have tried smart stores based on changes in consumption. Through technological innovation, quality promotion and brand promotion have been promoted. Next, the home textile association should make use of the alliance built with the textile machinery and sewing association to promote the development of intelligence. In view of the characteristics of small batch and multi varieties of bed products, a breakthrough has been made in automatic flexible manufacturing.

Gu Ping said that with the docking of upstream and downstream, the popularization of advanced experience at home and abroad, the promotion and exhibition of international exhibitions, and the continuous formulation and improvement of industry standards, the China Textile Machinery Association has been working hard to promote the digitalization and intellectualization of new textile equipment.

Xu Weilin illustrates that intelligent manufacturing technology is of great significance for textile quality control. At present, the application of textile enterprises in intelligent logistics, but in quality monitoring and big data statistics, shorten the production process, there is still more room for improvement.

Hao Kuangrong introduced the functions and advantages of the process virtual simulation of chemical fiber production. She said that chemical fiber enterprises realize data driven through "soft computing" and "soft measurement", which can reduce cost input in data collection and process optimization, and at the same time, promote the construction of industrial big data platform.

Wang Qiming shared the effectiveness of Quanzhou Haitian "fashion dream factory" project in strengthening industrial chain synergy, improving rapid response capability, improving production efficiency and enhancing economic efficiency. In addition, he also put forward the textile enterprise's demand and expectation for textile professional cloud platform.

Yang Huaming said that on the basis of summarizing the successful experience of Yu Da Hua intelligent manufacturing, Jingwei Textile machinery has further improved the technical level of equipment and logistics, especially in the whole process automatic joint technology, and strives to achieve breakthroughs next year.

Shen Wei believes that intelligent manufacturing is inseparable from automation and digitalization, and the automation and digitalization of all stages of spinning process can achieve interconnection.

Luo Wenlong said that as an integrated supplier of dyeing and finishing equipment, we should provide more intelligent support for dyeing and finishing customers through software and hardware. Xiao Ruofa said that the transformation from 2018 to intellectualization of enterprises is a better solution for customers' pain in production.

Zhang Hao introduced that its latest compact spinning device technology reached the international leading position and was favored by well-known cotton textile enterprises such as Yu Dahua and Huamao.

In the special report session of the conference, five experts who made outstanding achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing gave a brilliant speech on their respective research fields and the practice of enterprises.

This session is chaired by Wang Yuping, deputy director of the Ministry of science and technology development of China Textile Industry Federation.

Professor Wang Huaping, vice president of the Donghua Research Institute of Donghua University, made a keynote speech entitled "Intelligent Manufacturing -- flexible and multi-objective production chain".

Professor Sun Qinglin, vice president of the school of artificial intelligence, Nankai University, shared the theme report of the development of the supply chain of textile industry under the big data and artificial intelligence environment.

Wan Youshun, chairman of Wuhan Yu Dahua textile and Garment Group Co., Ltd. shared the theme of "Yu Da Hua Group's intelligent spinning factory construction practice".

Sun Yanlin, director of Limited by Share Ltd technology of Tong Kun group, describes the construction of "green differential function polyester fiber intelligent plant" - the key technology and implementation of intelligent plant.
