June 30th -7 1, the fourth national textile complex personnel training project advanced training course ("textile high training class") continued at Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology.

Wang Yueping, a professor at the school of materials, Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, led students to synchronize the spinning and weaving process, and organized a systematic review of the structure, classification, spinning process, technology and development trend of the textile, new spinning technology and technology, the fabric structure characteristics of the woven fabric and new processing technology.

In explaining the outline of textiles, Wang Yueping made a detailed introduction to the three aspects of textile structure and composition, classification and nomenclature of textiles, and new concept of textile development starting from the development trend of future textiles.

In terms of spinning process and new spinning, Professor Wang has divided the process from quality evaluation, quality improvement measures, spinning process and spinning technology (compact spinning, siro spinning, Sylo Phil Co, cable spinning, airstream spinning and vortex spinning, etc.), so that the students engaged in the related industrial chain have a clearer understanding of the spinning process.

On the structural characteristics of woven fabrics, Prof. Wang has learned about fabric, yarn, and so on from the advantages and disadvantages of woven fabrics, woven fabric structure parameters and properties, Sanyuan organization, change organization, joint organization and complex organization, fabric structure and fabric performance.

The material calculation method also knows the advantages and disadvantages of different structure fabrics, and provides theoretical support for future work practice.

In the classroom, through video presentation, organizational structure analysis, fabric physical observation and other teaching methods, students have a more intuitive and clear understanding of textile weaving methods and textile structure.

The students from spinning and weaving enterprises, combined with their own practical experience, have fully communicated with Mr. Wang about the related problems and practical experience of the course, and discussed the atmosphere enthusiastically.

To enable students to have a more direct understanding of textile fabrics and traditional Chinese textile and garment technology, textile high training students visit Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology's FDC fabric library and ethnic groups.

Museum.

The FDC fabric library is a database covering the global fabric. It has more than 1 million 200 thousand kinds of material cards and keeps increasing at fifty thousand monthly rates.

The museum provides fabric search and paction services for designers engaged in garment industry, Gao Ding studio, garment enterprises and fabric enterprises.

The participants learned the classified information and frontier information from the fiber to the whole industrial chain.

The national costume museum is the first Fashion Museum in China. It is a cultural research organization integrating collection, exhibition, research and teaching.

Under the guidance of the professional commentator, the participants visited the national minority costumes hall, the Han nationality clothing hall, the Miao nationality clothing hall, the metalworking jewelry hall,

The exhibition hall of embroidery and batik hall, Olympic dress hall and so on, watched the pictures of costumes of the Yi, Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups, which were filmed in 20s and 30s twentieth Century.
