In 2014, Yuanyang real estate combined with Shanghai Xinguang Qi Tian investment management partnership to bid for the 50% plots of land in Tongzhou, Beijing.
The project's head of offshore property said that the light asset model could be implemented by means of some financial platforms to enhance the company's ability to resist risks.
Next, about 20 projects will also be launched in the national ocean real estate market, and the commercial retail brands will explore the way forward. On the other hand, the next opening project of partner's Swire property will be the comprehensive development project in Shanghai, which is a key investment project of Taigu real estate and Hongkong Xingye in Shanghai Jingan District. It is expected to start in phases in 2016. Swire real estate owns fifty percent stake in the project.
"The cooperation between ocean and Taigu real estate is a strategic cooperation of commercial real estate. We are looking for more investment opportunities and consolidating strategic cooperation. There are no third projects that are particularly clear at present."
Chen Lei said that the two projects (the port of Chengdu and the Pacific Ocean Taigi) took 8 years, which basically coincided with the planning period of joint venture construction and operation.
