The Xiaobian net introduces 8500 yuan per capita annual income of the farmers.

On the morning of 21, the sun was shining.

Huang Xi Sheng, a mulberry farmer in Ping Xi village of Hun Shui Town, Yangchun City, used to collect mulberry and feed silkworms as usual. After a busy morning, he came to Yang Liang's home with several villagers.

Everyone talks about the silkworm raised well and how much money the family sells.

"The bungalows at home can be converted into three stories of houses, all raised by these white and fat worms."

Huang Shengqiu told reporters cheerfully.

It has a history of more than 40 years.

In recent years, the town has established a cooperative by developing the mulberry mulberry scale, improving the varieties of silkworms, developing the processing industry such as wire drawing, increasing the added value of products, and forming a coordinated production, supply and marketing service.

At present, the whole town develops 27 thousand mu of Sericulture Area, and drives more than 8500 silkworm farmers to create annual output value of over 200 million yuan, with an annual per capita net income of about 17 thousand yuan.

Farmers live in new buildings, old houses become silkworm houses.

The reporter came to the village of Ping Xi village. He saw dozens of two or three stories of small western style buildings on both sides of the village road. The warm walls and bright, clear glass were particularly bright under the sunlight.

Next to every small building, there is a tall brick or brick house.

The villagers said that the green brick and clay tile house were the silkworm houses for the villagers to raise their silkworms, as well as the old houses they used to live in.

Silkworm farmers

The silkworms raised by Yang Tiankun are cocoon for two days.

In the silkworm room, tens of thousands of fat silkworm worms crawl into the body, slowly crawling to the mulberry leaves on the "silkworm bamboo", and then looking for a peaceful cocoon.

When the number of silkworms on the "silkworm bamboo" climbed to almost the same time, Yang Tiankun set up the "silkworm bamboo" against the wall.

He told reporters that climbing too many silkworms, "house" is not enough to live, the cocoon will be black and yellow, the price will not be high.

Yang Tiankun said that the cocoon price this year is higher than that of last year, and summer silkworm is 28 yuan / kilogram, estimated that autumn silkworm is 35 yuan / kilogram.

His family altogether planted 3 mu of mulberry fields, the income per mu mulberry field is about 10000 yuan, excluding the cost of 3000 yuan / mu, the net income is about 20 thousand yuan.

"Over the past two years, many villagers have been on the road to becoming rich by planting mulberry and raising silkworms.

Look! I lived on the two floor of the villa two years ago. "

Yang Tiankun said proudly pointing to his little house.

After making money for silkworms, the 6 families of their family moved out of the "silkworm house" like other villagers and moved into the new building.

Set up a cooperative and manage all kinds of sericulture uniformly.

In the 70s of last century, farmers in the same town began to grow mulberry and raise silkworms. Although the price has always been ideal, scattered and extensive cultivation patterns have been restricting the development of local sericulture industry.

In 2009, he set up Huimin farmers' professional cooperative, unified planning and management of sericulture, provided technology for members, and led the surrounding farmers to join the water and sericulture industry to a new level.

Cocoon prices increase by 5% - 7% a year, and the output value of sericulture reached 210 million yuan last year.

After the establishment of the cooperative organization, a large number of sericulture and planting households were quickly organized. Now there are more than 110 members and 800 people.

The cooperative has constantly improved new varieties, eliminated Taishan silkworms with poor adaptability and poor resistance, introduced Luoding silkworm with better resistance to diseases, provided production data and technical guidance for members, held training courses, improved the technology of raising mulberry and raising silkworms, and improved the quality of cocoons. At the same time, cooperatives also recovered silkworm cocoons of silkworm farmers 100%, and realized the one-stop service for production and marketing.

There is a clear division of labor in the silk industry chain. The cooperative is responsible for introducing silkworm eggs, technical guidance and sales. The professional breeding room is responsible for cultivating young silkworms, and sericulture farmers are responsible for raising silkworms.

Yang Dashun, a farmer responsible for breeding, told reporters that in general, silkworm eggs can be sold to silkworm farmers after breeding for 5 to 6 days, and cocoons can be produced in about 25 days.

"Breeding is the most important link in silkworm rearing, which is related to the quality and survival rate of silkworm seedlings."

Yang Dashun said that silkworms are so delicate that they must not be very careful.

Developing deep processing and improving industrial added value

"Establishing cooperatives to manage sericulture in a unified way, but we need to make continuous efforts to make the sericulture industry bigger and stronger."

He said the relevant person in charge.

It is understood that at present, he has 8 processing cocoons factory, mainly for drying and grading of the initial processing and part of the deep processing.

Reporters in the Huimin farmers cooperatives saw a pile of tens of thousands of Jin cocoons stacked about 200 square meters of factory buildings, 8 farmers are sorting cocoons.

Yang Bangjin, co-operative president, told reporters that white is a cocoon with higher quality. Its price is about 76 thousand yuan / ton, while the price of black and yellow is about 34 thousand yuan / ton.

"In recent years, we have introduced drying equipment, through drying and grading initial processing of fresh cocoons, prolonging storage time, increasing economic benefits, and ensuring sales to a certain extent."

Yang Bangjin said.

In addition to the initial processing, the cooperative also owns the only technology that can be used for deep processing in the whole town.

In 2010, the cooperative began to spin cocoons and made nearly 1000 silk quilts.

Last year, the co operatives expanded their production, and the annual production of silk was more than 2000.

"The cost of making a 6 kilograms of silk is about 900 yuan, and the finished product price can reach 1200 yuan."

Cooperative related staff said that deep processing can be greatly increased.

Sericulture

Industrial economic benefits.

It is understood that the cooperative will also expand 50 acres of wire processing room to expand production scale.
