Next, in the keynote speech, Sun Ruizhe, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation and chairman of the China Textile Engineering Society, reported on the training of talents in China's textile industry under the goal of strong power.
Sun Ruizhe pointed out that China's textile industry is pforming from scale economy to value economy, which has made a significant contribution to the national economic development. While the textile industry already has hard power, it should pay attention to the construction of soft power, among which soft power should start with upgrading the image of the industry, realizing the support of science and technology and supporting talents.
After a survey of the status of human resources in more than 200 enterprises, it is concluded that in textile enterprises, the proportion of managers with textile professional background is relatively low, and 44% of the enterprises have insufficient technical personnel reserves, and technical personnel are the key targets for recruitment in the next five years. Only 33% of the graduates from textile colleges and universities are willing to work in the textile industry. These college students generally believe that the industry salary is relatively low. In the face of these problems, the Federation, Institute and some intermediary organizations encourage textile talents construction through innovative personage release, excellent engineer training, vocational skills appraisal training, academic annual meeting, academic leaders selection, designer contest and so on, attracting more talents to join the construction team of the textile industry.

There are more than 30 institutions of textile dyeing and finishing discipline in the country, more than 90 institutions of clothing discipline, and nearly 20 thousand students each year.
