The conference organized by Zhejiang General Accountants Association and Zhejiang Provincial Association for information technology is very meaningful. Especially in this era, there are many experts and opinions. However, there are many empty talks, few pragmatism and less complaining. This is why I am very interested in attending this meeting.
Information culture: the key to informatization success or failure
The topic I bring to you today is related to my work. It is called information culture: the five foundations of informatization. At present, the development of information culture is a weak field. The research on information culture has been very few. Today, I want to bring some new thoughts to you in this field. In the process of consulting enterprises, we generally focus on cultural change, business model innovation and management consulting. In this process, more or less will be associated with informatization. Recently, I am also guiding the integration of cultural change and management in the information department. It is expected that in October of this year, they will produce results, and I will communicate with new achievements.
The information culture and the development process of information have a great relationship, but this has not attracted much attention. The responsible persons and employees of enterprises often focus on performance and success or failure. Information is also the same. What you do is often nothing to do. What concerns you more is the value and effect brought by information. This problem may have gone beyond the information itself. So we have heard the speech of Feng director and director Jiang, and the two leaders have given us high expectations. We hope that we will do something beyond the information work. If these work is not in place, a lot of information work will not be well done.
In recent years, there are many cases of information failure, which are basically the same as those of our management consulting failure. The weakness of informatization restricts the development of enterprise informatization and the whole industry. In my consulting industry, I sometimes encounter this situation: when you mention that you are consulting, people turn around. Why? Because consulting units do not have any effect. Those experts take a lot of money every year. We just work for them. Experts are liars. The failure of frequent cases in our field restricts the development of consulting industry.
Lenovo has been involved in the work of enterprise informatization, and once worked with Beijing's three factories to carry out information work for three companies, and finally ended up in 15 months' lawsuit. Looking at Peugeot in Guangzhou, directly applying the Peugeot's information standard, the result ended in failure; XJ Group's market environment and enterprise strategy are constantly changing, and informatization still uses the past train of thought, so that it can't catch up with the needs of enterprise management; there are many examples of failure such as Harbin Pharmaceutical collection, Shuanghui group and Beijing jeep. Although there are no examples of Zhejiang enterprises, we do not understand each other.
Broad sense of information culture and narrow sense of information culture
To understand what is information culture, we must first understand what is culture.
Culture is made up of two words. If we want to know the origin of culture, we can pay close attention to the origin of words. The origin of words is different from the origin of language. On this issue, the difference between Chinese and western is very obvious. The earliest tattooed textures were not expressed by the ancients when they saw the world, so they abstracted the texture of things to represent things themselves, such as "mountains". It is very difficult for Cang Jie to write characters. The heroic action of creating the word, which is startled, crying, ghosts and gods, is said to have been completed on the day of Gu Yu. We can see that this abstract "texture" is itself a kind of information, abstracting abstract information from things. So the word itself can be said to be information. Relatively simple, that is, the information I abstract is known to everyone. It is the process of unity, enlightenment and dissemination. The Cang Jie has done no good for the word. Huang Di, Chi You and co workers do not know. The peasants do not know. Ah, we need to teach this kind of word to everyone, and we will be unified in the future and use the "mountain" information to represent the mountain. Therefore, the two words of culture are combined. Simply speaking, culture is the only way to use information.
The combination of these things is a broad information culture, but not the information culture we want to explore today. The information culture we are going to explore today refers to the narrow sense of information culture, which refers to the invisible elements that affect the effectiveness of informatization in the process of informatization. Please remember this definition of informatization. In June 25, 2011, Mr. Liu Xiaoquan first published this information forum in our country. These invisible elements include consciousness, habits, ideas, beliefs and spirits. In the process of informatization, a series of invisible factors, such as knowledge of information, habits of information processing, ideas about information and spirit of information, influence the effect of our informatization.
Below, we will revolve around the five points of information culture. Without these five points as the foundation, I think our information work is very difficult. If we explore these five points clearly, we will find that it is closely related to the failure cases of information that we talked about before.
Information consciousness: the first cultural foundation of informatization
The first point is about information consciousness.
It is not natural, but it is created by human beings. It is independent of the objective world. According to this angle, it can divide the information world and the information free world. The world without information is the chaotic state before the germination of human consciousness. All religions have the origin of a similar person, such as the story of the garden of Eden. The snake gives Adam and Eve information. The East thinks that information starts from Cang Jie. Some of us have information in their eyes, some people do not have information in their eyes. Some three old employees in some enterprises do not see, do not listen, do not speak, and isolate information from enterprises. They neither catch nor absorb. The cultivation of information consciousness is the foundation and soil of the core of the whole information work and enterprise management work. We will find that many enterprises are carrying out the informatization construction, but there is a lack of information consciousness from top to bottom. Why do we say so? We can observe that many enterprises have a strong sense of information, while others do not, and it is very difficult to carry out informatization in an enterprise without information consciousness. The difficulty is not information technology, but starting from training information exchange. That is to say, if you want to eat apples, you need to start with seeding. You want to eat steamed bread and start with wheat. What are you doing? You must not do it, but unfortunately, we have to do this today.
When we are going to do the project, we should pay attention to it. If an enterprise has a strong sense of information, it will be willing to do less. If the information consciousness of the enterprise is very weak, it will not necessarily do much to give money, because the time is not yet available. Further, it can be divided into a chaotic information world and an orderly information world. For example, to participate in this seminar, we should choose clothes from the wardrobe, but the chaotic wardrobe is meaningful and valuable to you. When making decisions in enterprises, the information you get is too little, and it is also reflected in the human brain. Some people are confused and some people have clear information. The third is the habit of information and the habit of no information. When I observe with my eyes, some people have no information habits. 30 years later, it seems as if there is no instant gain and one hundred years passed. People who have information habits are accumulating and continuing from the moment they leave school. After a few years, he grew up, and so did an enterprise. Therefore, I am talking about the basic information awareness of information technology is very important, enterprises and individuals are the same, especially in the country.
Analysis habits: the second cultural foundations of information technology
The second foundation is the habit of analysis.
Information is not necessarily valuable and useful. If it is not dealt with effectively, such information is not as good as information. Only information processed and processed can be valuable, just as resources without integration are just junk. The processed information may first be transformed into data, but if there is no standardization in the process, it is easy to process invalid data.
On the basis of data, we can only talk about analysis, that is, the problem of information judgment. Then, on the basis of judgement, we have formed two possibilities. Some people are accustomed to intuition, another kind of people rely on analysis, whether intuition or analysis, everyone has their own reasons in using, but we must develop the habit of dealing with information at any time.
In particular, the habit of dealing with data in a timely manner is the core of ERP. If someone fails to process data in a day, the whole ERP system will be destroyed by the nest, which is a tool on the surface, but behind it is the habit of supporting this tool.
Do you have customers and enterprises? If you don't have the habit of handling information, then how much is the value and significance of information construction in enterprises? If you turn information into behavior description, that's the habit of handling and analyzing data. This is all staffed. First of all, the boss wants to do it.
Process thinking: the third cultural foundations of informatization
Look at the third foundations.
Do we need intuition or analysis in the process of dealing with information?
Opinions are conditional, and the process of thinking is the process of thinking. Many of us entrepreneurs only know that information technology has advantages, but do not know how it is good. This is the same as management consulting. If information is not involved in the process of enterprise development, then the result will be a castle in the air. In the same way, if a manager of an enterprise does not pass the process and thinks only of the result when dealing with and thinking problems, his views, ideas and methods can not be understood and executed from the heart of the people in the enterprise. We find that some enterprises are very talented and have many opinions, but the final statements are very ugly. What does this reflect?
The second point is the weakness of information and who is the information. The process of an enterprise and another enterprise is different. The process of strategy and the process of finance are not the same thing. The process of human resources and marketing is not the same thing. How to communicate and how to integrate different processes is the problem of process and standard. We often focus on the process and standard of the enterprise, but the process and standard of the information itself are very important. The wrong information collection process integrates the wrong information. So, in terms of informatization itself, whether the relevant personnel and process standards have been formulated, if these are not done, it is very troublesome. I am engaged in the measurement of corporate culture. The most troublesome problem in corporate culture measurement is the information collection of corporate culture, which is a standard issue for us to collect information. Therefore, the process and standard of enterprise, the process and standard of informatization, this process and thinking are another foundation of information culture.
Performance concept: the fourth cultural foundations of informatization
Why do we need to be informationalized?
Informatization has two values, that is, time value and space value. When we engage in business, we know that finance is often reflected in cost, and cost is to be paid. What we buy in enterprises is time advantage and space advantage. The former is called management, the latter is called operation, and we understand these two points. Our accounting will rise to the height of strategy.
These two points determine whether your enterprise has the core competitiveness and defeat the opponent more or less than others, or better or better than others. In this process, a lot of things, manpower can not play a role, and the meeting of enterprises will know that the cost of time is too high, sooner or later, it will be defeated. For example, if there is no information intervention, many of today's logistics companies can not operate at all, nor can they compete with China Post.
The third problem is the issue of information performance measurement and evaluation. There are problems of measuring objects and measuring means in the measurement cycle. The performance of enterprise informatization must be related to the performance of enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises, and it is related to the strategy, cost and human resources of enterprises.
The spirit of innovation: the fifth cultural foundations of informatization
Fifth, the last topic is also the most important topic.
Where is the motive power for enterprises to engage in information technology? Enterprises sometimes think that their informatization has already done very well. Not only that, the progress of management has also stopped, but the staff has shown an arrogant attitude. This feeling can be felt from the contact with the XX system.
So where is the power of information? We have only one understanding, that is, the spirit of innovation. Why should enterprises have the spirit of innovation? Innovation is a very difficult thing, but why must we have it? The reason is very simple. In this era, do you want to keep on taking advantage of thin ice every day?
Why enterprises should regard innovation as belief and spirit is because times are changing, customers are demand Constantly changing, competitors constantly changing, your successful business model is changing every day, so the relevant management process personnel operation standards are all changing, so informatization is better and not the best. No matter what time, we must maintain a high degree of awe and respect for the information workers, experts and associations. Don't be too arrogant. Otherwise, he will serve your competitors and you will lose badly.

The organizational transformation of the Trinity is the real core competitiveness of the enterprises in the future. What Trinity is the integration of informationization, management and culture, and more specifically, the integration of information and business models with innovation and transformation and cultural management, and the vitality of such enterprises will be strong enough to be defeated. The demand there is even more urgent. It will start in the field of cost competition, because it is very urgent. For those high profit monopoly enterprises, it is meaningless. In Zhejiang, the most developed enterprises are private enterprises. If your business is in a highly competitive industry, there are only two ways to choose, one is to exit, earn money to enjoy abroad, and the other is to further reduce costs through informatization, management and cultural integration and innovation. {page_break}
