4, in order to maintain normal production order and work order, the factory rules and regulations are strictly laid down, and the company punishes violating discipline and performing poorly.


Penalties are divided into four categories: warning, demerit, fines and dismissal.


5, one of the following cases is verified by employees. The first oral warning is invalid after criticism, second times after written warning 1 times, and 20 to 50 yuan for each warning; 1 times for each warning 2 times; for more than 3 times in one month or for more than 6 times in one year, they are dismissed:


(1) entrust others to punch cards or replace others.

(11) without permission to bring outsiders to visit the factory;


(12) carrying dangerous goods into the factory;

(15) in violation of company regulations, carrying articles into and out of the factory area;

(7) exchange beds or stay at home without permission;


(8) there are other circumstances comparable to the circumstances mentioned above.


7. One of the following cases is verified by staff. If criticism and education fail, they will be dismissed.


(1) accumulated absenteeism for more than 5 days in one month or more than 10 days in a year.


(2) provide false certificates or certificates of labor relations related to employment to cheat companies.


(3) violation of operation procedures, damage to machinery and equipment, tools, waste of raw materials, resulting in economic losses of more than 1000 yuan.


(4) theft, embezzlement, embezzlement or willful damage to company property, resulting in an economic loss of more than 1000 yuan.


(5) breach of the company's confidentiality system and divulge the company's business secrets, resulting in economic losses of more than 1000 yuan.


(6) stay in the opposite sex hostel with the opposite sex staff;


(7) there are other circumstances comparable to the circumstances mentioned above.


8. If employees violate regulations and violate discipline and cause economic losses to the company, they shall also compensate the corresponding economic losses in addition to punishments according to the regulations.


The penalty for employees is not more than 20% of the monthly wages of employees.
