Recently issued a notice to provide for new support and promotion of employment since January 1, 2011.

The notice stipulates that individuals who hold the employment unemployment registration certificate (marked by "self starting tax policy" or "university graduates self employment certificate") are engaged in individual business (except construction, entertainment and real estate sales, and the pfer of land use rights).

The housing agency, sauna, massage, Internet cafes and oxygen bars) in the next 3 years will deduct the actual business tax payable, the urban maintenance and construction tax, the additional education fee and the personal income tax in accordance with the limit of 8000 yuan per household per year.
