In addition to the production technology of chemical fiber and the sewing equipment of the backbone enterprises of clothing are close to the international advanced level, the traditional processes such as spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing are far from the advanced level of the world.

China's textile service should set up an export industry chain with product design, proofing, plate making, testing, production, logistics and sales, and actively cooperate with international purchasers and international famous manufacturers to accumulate technology and capital, learn from experience, and create a private brand system as soon as possible.

Adopting the form that is in line with the international practice, to minimize the difference of information and technical differences caused by geographical differences, so that brand products can be synchronized with international brands at the initial stage of research and development, so that brand products can form their own personality characteristics and fashion foresight.


3, take a new road to industrialization, improve the textile service industry chain, and strive to reduce costs.

First of all, the main content of the new round of competition is the re segmentation of the international market. The product level of competition will be shifted from the medium and low grade textile products to the middle and high grade textile products, and the key to competition is the price level.

Therefore, China's textile industry should analyze and establish a global procurement and supply information system based on information leading the market and adhering to the combination of internal and external information, in order to find large-scale production customization.

Secondly, if we want to develop rapidly in the international competition, we must adopt the way of strong combination to form an aircraft carrier, so that many enterprises can rely on each other, complement each other's strengths and develop together, and achieve rapid pformation of products of different varieties and specifications in production so as to realize the production mode of elastic specialization.

The larger the group size the enterprise participates in, the higher the operation efficiency and the lower the running cost. The stronger the competitiveness of the enterprise will be, the greater the strength will be, so as to enhance the production and operation ability of the enterprise and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the textile industry in an all-round way.


Third, we must establish an advanced, efficient and stable industry information network and pform traditional textile industry with information technology.

In the environment of economic globalization, the modern circulation system is just like a bridge and link. With the development of information technology, the wide application of computer networks and e-commerce, information resources have become the lifeline of enterprises' survival and development. Informatization has become an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. It is necessary to build an industrial residence database with reasonable structure, perfect contents, convenient inquiries, effective information service system and personnel training system, and develop textile ERP software, CIMS software and various specialized e-commerce platforms and trading rules.

Adapt to the development of e-commerce, make full use of the existing Internet technology, design web pages, build websites, do well in the construction of enterprise information system, and seize the international market by information technology.


4, firmly implement the strategy of going out.

First, we must focus on developing diversified markets and sharing preferential trade policies.

First, by integrating the domestic market, obtaining huge cost advantages in procurement, production and pportation to enter the international market; second, establishing the link between domestic enterprises and famous enterprises by using equity relations to realize the internationalization of enterprises; thirdly, enterprises with stronger strength can invest and run factories in suitable locations in foreign countries by means of mergers and acquisitions, so that they can widen sales channels and form interest alliances with local related enterprises and reduce trade frictions.


Secondly, we should consciously abide by the rule of law and operate in good faith.

The emphasis of international trade is efficiency and credibility. Those who violate international trade rules will be rejected and sanctioned by rules.

Today's social responsibility standards and eco environmental standards will become one of the main barriers that impede the export of textile services in China.

Therefore, in the international trade, China's textile industry must strictly enforce the state's labor laws and regulations, adhere to the people-oriented principle, and earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of workers.

Two, we must establish a rapid response mechanism.

Three, we must establish strict quality control mechanisms, enhance the awareness of green environmental protection, strictly comply with environmental protection laws and regulations in the aspects of raw material adoption, production, design, packaging and use of products, and actively implement ecological environmental protection certification, adhere to internationally recognized standards, and integrate with internationalization.

Four, we must establish a good service mechanism.

Efficiency, rules and credibility can be achieved everywhere.


Thirdly, we should actively carry out the diplomacy of the textile industry and improve the international competitiveness of China's textile industry.


By strengthening communication, exchange and mutual trust with international competitors, partners, related industries, customers and consumers, social organizations, economic and political organizations and individuals, we can eliminate and avoid conflicts and estrangement caused by misunderstanding, enhance the international image, build a strong country position, create a national brand of China's textile industry, enhance the overall reputation of China's textile industry, construct an orderly industrial system, and ensure the stable, healthy and rapid development of China's textile industry in the era of economic global trade integration.
