Four, Party B shall have all the technical and technical data, samples, marks and models checked by Party A to confirm that there is nothing wrong with it, so that it can be put into production. If there are any problems, inform Party A in time. Otherwise, the quality problem and the economic loss will be borne by the processing party.

Five, Party B should produce quality and quantity according to the contract and deliver the goods on time. As Party B's liability is not responsible for shipment, it will be compensated according to the retail price of this quantity and the penalty for the delay of the contract period. If it is overdue one day, it will be charged 1% of the total price of the goods. If it is two days overdue, 2% of the total price of the goods is deducted, and so on, if the party fails to deliver the goods on time due to the reasons of Party A (materials or other materials), the two parties will issue a separate order and sign the contract.

Six, the number of finished products delivered by Party B is missing, which is to be repaid by two times the cost of goods per thousand units and three pieces below. More than three items shall be compensated according to the cost of the goods plus two times the retail price of the market (deducted from the processing fee).

Seven, large delivery Party A to do the tail part of the process, found product oil pollution, jumper, rotten hole, drawnwork, chromatic aberration and other conditions, notify Party B to solve. If Party B fails to return to the company in time, or the delivery period is urgent, Party A's helper will distribute the film and return the execution. Party A deducts the work time of Party B's rework, which is deducted from the processing fee at the rate of 3 yuan per hour.

Eight, Party A provides every cloth and material, according to the number of materials required to make the calculation of material loss, the cost of the excess part shall be borne by Party B. Party a must check the incoming materials, check all incoming materials and sign in a certain time. If the cloth and material can not be produced if there is any quality problem, they should be handed over to Party A in time. Otherwise, the loss will be borne by Party B.

Nine. Check the cloth before cutting the bed. If it is found that there are quality problems (including short yards of cloth) and the actual dosage exceeds the amount of the production, the Party A shall immediately notify Party A to discuss the solution.

Eleven, the way of settlement: according to the actual shipment quantity of Party A, 5 per thousand can accept the inferior products according to the situation (up to half price per unit price), and the super defective products are deducted at cost price. The monthly shipment will be settled from 25 to 30 next month, and will be notified if there are any special circumstances.

Twelve, Party A and Party B should act in a sincere and cooperative manner. If they fail to negotiate because of contracts or other disputes, the two parties can solve them through legal channels.

Thirteen. The contract is in two copies. Each Party A and B shall hold one copy and have the same legal effect. This contract shall come into force on the date of signing by the representatives of both parties.
