Agencies: Shanghai Liquor Monopoly Bureau, sub bureaus

Processing time: Monday to Friday (9:00-11:30 a.m. 1:30-4:30 p.m.)

Time limit: five to fifteen working days from the date of receipt of the relevant department's application.

Qualification of applicants: they can independently assume civil liability and meet relevant requirements in personnel, venues, funds and so on.

Basic bid materials:

1, application report;

2. Application form for alcoholic retail / wholesale business;

3, the identity of the head of the organization, qualification certificate;

4, full-time staff;

5. Floor plan

6. Proof of source of funds;

7. Proof of site use

8. Fire protection and environmental protection.

Processing procedures: approved by the Liquor Monopoly Bureau, approved and agreed to issue "Shanghai liquor retail / wholesale license".
